Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Miss K. EDSER

This course will teach you about Nutrition and then show you how to make positive food choices that promote good health and nutrition.  You will learn and practice good food hygiene skills and demonstrate your nutritional knowledge by planning foods for a teenager.  We look at what influences our food choices and put together a food bag for our families.  You are assessed for your practical skills as well as written knowledge.
