Teacher in Charge: Miss K. EDSER
In this course you will learn advanced cookery skills, food presentation, barista work etc. You will work toward Service IQ (Industry based) Unit Standards in Food & Beverage and you will participate in running the School Restaurants, working with a qualified chef. You will also help run the School Coffee Hut where you put your Barista skills into practice.
