Health & PE - Managing Wellness
This course is for students who are interested in developing skills to enhance their own and other peoples well being. You will learn about growth and change, relationships, decision making, building confidence and benefits of incorporating these factors into your daily life. Classes will involve a mixture of both theory and practical activities which include creating presentations, practical tasks, goal setting, adventure based learning and some theory and group work.
