Community and Society
This course is a participation-based course, rather than a competitive course and is for students who are at an introductory level of sport/activity, or those that would like to develop their confidence in this curriculum area. You will learn about factors that affect your participation, and how to develop your well-being through increasing your confidence in and around physical activity; this will be achieved by taking actions to get us moving. Activities and events used in this course will be chosen by you from your interests and available community-based activities. Classes will involve some theory classes, including a bit of research and planning. However, it is primarily an activity based course. |
Standards shown on courses are only an indication and not all may be offered at the time of study.
