This course is for students who are at an introductory level of sport/activity, or those that would like to develop their confidence in this curriculum area. You will learn about factors that affect, and how to develop your well-being through increasing your confidence in and around physical activity; this will be achieved by taking actions to get us moving. We will also look at the possible influences that may determine our participation in physical activity. Activities and events used in this course will be chosen by you from your interests and available community-based activities. Classes will involve some theory classes, including a bit of research and planning. However, it is primarily an activity based course.
