Course Description

You will learn: Anatomy - muscles, joints, bones; Exercise physiology - the body's response to exercise; Fitness studies - components of fitness, training principles and methods; Bio mechanics - physics of movement; Motor learning - how motor skills are learnt/practiced; Communication and leadership skills; Physical skills.

Recommended Prior Learning
