Course Description

This course is designed to extend the Life Skills 1 Course.  This course is designed to prepare you for life outside of school.  You will extend your practical skills in preparing balanced meals and snacks.  We will put together a programme that best meets your needs and we will look at producing a balanced budget, how to manage stress, fill in complex forms, etc.
