In this course you will be able to put yourself into the shoes of the people within the Hospitality Industry.  Cooking is a lifelong essential skill and whilst developing your skills within the kitchen environment and utilizing local expertise and produce, you will get to experience the art of producing and presenting great tasting food that you can place proudly in front of your family and friends.  

This course will culminate in you being able to use creativity and the skills you have mastered, to create your own signature dishes which you will place in front of a panel of discerning foodies.
