Voyage the Pacific; through the Islands of Samoa, Tonga, Tokelau, Kiribati, and more. Journey with artists such as Fatu Feu’u, John Pule, Lisa Reihana, and Michael Tuffery to create amazing art works. We will step back in time and look at artifacts such as coins and beads for trading, precious tapa cloth, and ceremonial head pieces. How does art influence society, or how do different cultures influence art? On the shores of Aotearoa, New Zealand we will create Kowhaiwhai (Māori patterns), and weave harakeke (flax).

(For all levels of experience - beginners to advanced).
