Health & PE - Figuring it Out – Managing Wellbeing

You will learn about managing yourself and developing skills to ensure that your well-being is enhanced in areas such as: physical growth and change, relationships, problem solving and decision making in relation to your own well-being (nutrition, sleep, hygiene, physical activity, sexuality, mental health). You will learn in a mainly hands-on way using a range of activities including: creating presentations, practical tasks and goal setting, some theory and group work.
