In this course you will learn basic cookery skills, food preparation etc. through Service IQ (Industry based) Unit Standards in Food & Beverage. You will complete a Front of House Course and act as waiters in our School Restaurants. You will also learn basic Barista Skills and work in our School Coffee Hut.
