Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Ms K. Edser.
In this course you will delve deeper into the world of food through the Hospitality lens. You will learn how to prepare, cook and serve a variety of different food and drinks in an industry setting and there will be an emphasis on presenting the food to a high standard. You will learn how to serve customers and the skills needed to be Front of House staff in our School Restaurant that we run in terms 1 and 2. You will learn basic Barista skills and work with outside organizations to further develop your skills in this area. This is a hands on course where you will put the skills and knowledge you learn into practice in an Industry setting. If you have a love of food and are good with people then this course is right for you.
