NCEA Level 2 Food and Nutrition

You will analyse beliefs, attitudes and practices related to a nutritional issue for New Zealand families. Evaluate sustainable food related practices and look for health promotion strategies. This course will involve practical and theory lessons.

Course Contribution: $150 to cover practical food costs
Stationery Requirements: Ringbinder, refill, dividers
Recommended Prior Learning
Level 1 Food & Nutrition or Level 1 Health would be useful.
Level 1 English Advanced highly desirable.
This course is approved for University Entrance.
Total Credits Available: 19 credits.
Externally Assessed Credits: 4 credits.
Internally Assessed Credits: 15 credits.
